Privacy Policy — Arrows Escape

This policy applies specifically to the Arrows Escape mobile game ("the App") published by ToolCraft Studio ("we", "us", "our"). Other ToolCraft Studio apps have their own separate policies.

By downloading or using Arrows Escape, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Arrows Escape is designed to be privacy-friendly. There is no account or login, and we do not intentionally collect personal information that directly identifies you (such as your name or email) unless you choose to provide it — for example, when you email our support.

Some information is collected automatically by us and by the third-party services the App uses:

Device & usage data: device model, operating system version, language, general gameplay events (such as levels completed), and crash/diagnostic logs.
Advertising identifiers: identifiers such as the Google Advertising ID (AAID), used to serve and measure ads.
Approximate location: a coarse, IP-based approximate location may be inferred by advertising partners. The App does not collect precise GPS location.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Arrows Escape is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may use device identifiers and similar technologies to serve ads — including personalized (interest-based) ads — and to measure performance and prevent fraud.

You can control ad personalization at any time:

On Android: Settings → Google → Ads, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads.

3. Analytics & Crash Reporting

We may use Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) to understand how the App is used and to diagnose crashes, so we can improve stability and gameplay. These services may collect device and usage data as described above, in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

4. How We Use Information

To operate, maintain, and improve the App and its levels.
To display and measure the advertising that keeps the App free.
To diagnose technical problems, prevent abuse, and ensure security.
To respond to your support requests.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by the third-party providers described above (Google AdMob and Google Firebase) solely to provide their services to us, under their own privacy policies.

6. Children's Privacy

Arrows Escape is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data Retention

We retain automatically collected data only for as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy, or as required by our service providers and applicable law. Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained longer.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
