Terms of Use — Arrows Escape

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Arrows Escape mobile game ("the App") published by ToolCraft Studio ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Arrows Escape, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Licence to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use Arrows Escape on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Distribute, sell, sub-licence, or commercially exploit the App or its content.
Use cheats, automation, or exploits, or otherwise interfere with the intended operation of the App.
Use the App in any unlawful way or in breach of any applicable regulation.

4. Ads and In-App Purchases

Arrows Escape is free to download and is supported by advertising. The App may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, to remove ads). All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's payment terms. Except where required by law or Google Play policy, purchases are non-refundable. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or accuracy of third-party ads.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its levels, artwork, code, name, and logos, is owned by ToolCraft Studio and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

6. Your Content and Progress

Your game progress and settings are stored on your device. You are responsible for your device and for any backups. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data may permanently remove your progress.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services such as Google AdMob and Google Firebase. Your use of the App is also subject to those providers' terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolCraft Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access to the App if you breach these Terms or where we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence to the extent required by local consumer-protection rules; otherwise, any disputes will be handled in good faith between you and ToolCraft Studio.
