My progress disappeared — can I get it back?
Progress is saved locally on your device. Reinstalling the app, clearing its data, or switching devices can reset it. If something looks wrong, email us with your device details and we'll help investigate.
I paid to remove ads but still see them.
First, make sure you're signed in to the same Google account you purchased with, then look for a "Restore purchases" option in settings. If it still doesn't apply, email us your Google Play order number and we'll sort it out.
The app crashes or won't open.
Try restarting your device and updating to the latest version on Google Play. If it keeps happening, tell us your device model and Android version so we can reproduce and fix it.
