Privacy Policy — Print to Size

Last updated: July 16, 2026

This policy applies specifically to the Print to Size mobile app ("the App") published by ToolCraft Studio ("we", "us", "our"). Other ToolCraft Studio apps have their own separate policies.

By downloading or using Print to Size, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. What Print to Size Does

Print to Size lets you place your own photos onto a page, size them to exact real-world dimensions, and print them or export a PDF. It is a personal utility — there is no account or login, and the App is designed to keep your photos on your device.

2. Your Photos and Files

When you add a photo, the App reads the image you select through your device's standard photo picker so it can be placed on the page. Your photos, projects, layouts, and app settings are stored locally on your device and are processed on the device to build your page and generate a print or PDF.

We do not upload your photos to our servers, and we do not have a server that receives them. When you choose to print or share, your file is handed to the system print service, printer, or app you select — those destinations handle the file under their own terms. We do not access the content of your photos.

3. Information We Collect

We do not intentionally collect personal information that directly identifies you (such as your name or email) unless you choose to provide it — for example, when you email our support. Some information may be collected automatically by us and by the third-party services the App uses:

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Print to Size may be offered free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Where ads are shown, AdMob and its partners may use device identifiers and similar technologies to serve ads — including personalized (interest-based) ads — and to measure performance and prevent fraud. Ads are unrelated to the content of your photos.

You can control ad personalization at any time:

5. Analytics & Crash Reporting

We may use Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) to understand how the App is used and to diagnose crashes, so we can improve stability and features. These services may collect device and usage data as described above, in accordance with Google's privacy policy. This does not include the content of your photos.

6. How We Use Information

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by the third-party providers described above (Google AdMob and Google Firebase) solely to provide their services to us, under their own privacy policies.

8. Children's Privacy

Print to Size is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Data Retention

Photos, projects, and settings stored on your device remain until you remove them (for example, by deleting a project in the App or uninstalling). We retain automatically collected data only for as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy, or as required by our service providers and applicable law. Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained longer.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

11. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
