Terms of Use — Print to Size

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Print to Size mobile app ("the App") published by ToolCraft Studio ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Print to Size, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Licence to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use Print to Size on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. Your Photos and Content

You are responsible for the photos and content you add to the App and for ensuring you have the rights to use, print, and reproduce them. Your photos, projects, and settings are stored on your device; you are responsible for your device and for any backups. The App processes your images locally to build pages and generate prints or PDFs and does not claim any ownership of your content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Distribute, sell, sub-licence, or commercially exploit the App or its content.
Use the App to reproduce material you do not have the right to print or copy.
Use the App in any unlawful way or in breach of any applicable regulation.

5. Ads and In-App Purchases

Print to Size is intended to be free to download. It may be supported by advertising and may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, to remove ads or unlock additional features) in a future update. Any purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's payment terms. Except where required by law or Google Play policy, purchases are non-refundable. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or accuracy of third-party ads.

6. Printing and Accuracy

The App is a tool to help you size images for printing. Final printed dimensions can be affected by your printer, driver, paper, and page-scaling settings ("fit to page", margins, and similar). You are responsible for reviewing a preview and, where exact size matters, verifying the printed result with a ruler. We do not warrant pixel- or millimetre-perfect output on every device and printer.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, name, and logos, is owned by ToolCraft Studio and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services such as Google AdMob and Google Firebase, as well as your device's system print and file services. Your use of the App is also subject to those providers' terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolCraft Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, photos, or wasted print materials, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access to the App if you breach these Terms or where we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence to the extent required by local consumer-protection rules; otherwise, any disputes will be handled in good faith between you and ToolCraft Studio.
