Terms of Use — GPS Map Camera: Photo Stamp

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GPS Map Camera: Photo Stamp mobile app ("the App") published by ToolCraft Studio ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using GPS Map Camera, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Licence to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use GPS Map Camera on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. Your Photos and Content

You are responsible for the photos you capture, the images you add, and any logo, notes, or other content you place on a stamp, and for ensuring you have the rights to use them. Your photos, templates, presets, and settings are stored on your device; you are responsible for your device and for any backups (including any optional cloud sync you enable). The App processes your images locally to render stamps and does not claim any ownership of your content.

4. Location, Accuracy and Field Use

The App stamps location, address, time, map, weather, and related details based on your device's GPS and sensors and on third-party mapping, geocoding, and weather services. This information is provided "as is" and can be affected by GPS signal, sensor calibration, network conditions, and the accuracy of third-party data. Coordinates, addresses, times, and environmental readings may occasionally be imprecise or delayed.

You are responsible for reviewing the stamped details and, where accuracy matters, verifying and correcting them (for example, using manual location entry). The App is a documentation aid; it is not a survey-grade instrument, and you should not rely on it alone where legally binding, safety-critical, or evidentiary certainty is required. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any stamped location or environmental data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Distribute, sell, sub-licence, or commercially exploit the App or its content.
Use the App to capture, stamp, or share images you do not have the right to take or use, or to infringe anyone's privacy or other rights.
Falsify, alter, or misrepresent stamped location or time information to deceive others.
Use the App in any unlawful way or in breach of any applicable regulation.

6. Ads, Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

GPS Map Camera is intended to be free to download and use for its core capture and stamping features. It may be supported by advertising and offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions (for example, a premium tier that removes ads and unlocks additional templates and features), which may include a time-limited trial. Any purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's payment terms. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can manage or cancel them in your Google Play account, and trial terms and pricing are shown before you subscribe. Except where required by law or Google Play policy, purchases are non-refundable. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or accuracy of third-party ads.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, templates, name, and logos, is owned by ToolCraft Studio and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services such as Google AdMob and Google Firebase, mapping, geocoding, and weather providers, Google Drive (if you enable sync), and your device's system camera and file services. Your use of the App is also subject to those providers' terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that stamped data will be accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolCraft Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, photos, or reliance on inaccurate stamped information, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access to the App if you breach these Terms or where we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence to the extent required by local consumer-protection rules; otherwise, any disputes will be handled in good faith between you and ToolCraft Studio.
